Our wagyu cattle come out of angus mothers who are bred to wagyu bulls. The combination of angus and wagyu makes for an efficient growing animal that has just the right amount of marbling and flavor. For all of you 100% wagyu fans looking for an extra rich and tender cut of steak, we are currently growing our pure-blood wagyu herd and will be offering the full wagyu experience starting in 2024.
