Due to the time sensitive nature of shipping frozen beef, we only ship every other Monday. This allows us to plan our ranch schedules around making the hour long trip to "town" every other week and to make sure we are giving the shipping agencies ample time to get the beef to your door promptly (without the worry of your shipment getting trapped somewhere it shouldn't be over the weekend).

Wagyu is a Japanese cattle breed that develops more intramuscular fat (marbling) than traditional American breeds of cattle. This makes for rich, flavorful, tender meat that will enrich your cuts whether you're eating ground beef or a ribeye steak.

Bona Fide Beef is just that (genuine beef). We do not use hormones in our direct market animals at all throughout their lifetime. 

Delivery is dependent on your location. Overnight shipping can get expensive but we're fortunate enough to get some decent discounts throught UPS and FedEx. We can get you an estimate of delivery cost prior to you ordering, just ask!
